Wer unter 6 J. für die Promotion gebraucht hat, konnte bislang ungenutzte Befristungszeit als Postdoc aufbrauchen. Laut Referentenentwurf soll das nicht mehr möglich sein. Der Anreiz also: Möglichst lange brauchen & 6 Jahre ausreizen. Fehlanreiz für Promovierende, Schaden für Postdocs. 🤦🏻‍♀️ #WissZeitVG
