NEW FROM ME: A frenzy of cruel and unusual ICE flights over the last few days suggests the Trump admin is ratcheting up its ethnic cleansing campaign. And it may be increasingly desperate to find willing collaborators. My breakdown: gillianbrockell.com/frenzy-of-cr...

This is why the main problem has never been whether people ‘believe’ in global warming. ‘Soft’ climate denial is as dangerous as the more stereotypical kind. There are people who will welcome thousands and tens of thousands of deaths if it means they can keep being contrarians online.
Roland SmithNighty night.
I wrote a whole book about this! And it wasn’t hard to find people to include; it was hard to narrow the list down from *OVER A HUNDRED* early gamedevs
.chantal//RYANmany of the early and most successful game designers and developers were women most people don't remember their names today, or recall that video game history started before the Boys Toys era funny that many of the games I grew up loving most were designed by women and I never knew til years later
Why care about a serious debate when you can get the editor of one of the most influential newspapers in the US, who seemingly forgot journalistic standards and basic info of academic research, to publish a defamatory piece? Time and again, zero engagement. It is silence or attacks.
elia ayoubIncredible that the WSJ actually published a piece by someone called Adam Louis-Klein in which he smeared the Journal of Genocide Research as "Hamas defenders" whose thinking provides a “prelude to violence against Israelis." Intellectual dishonesty is so widespread. archive.ph/2026.07.29-0...
