many of the early and most successful game designers and developers were women most people don't remember their names today, or recall that video game history started before the Boys Toys era funny that many of the games I grew up loving most were designed by women and I never knew til years later
ThewI think about King's Quest a lot. Distinct childhood memory of overhearing a middle-aged woman at church telling my mom about how much she loved kings quest. This was like circa 1995? games used to be for everyone until nintendo/sega marketers turned them into Action Toys For 12 Year Old Boys
