Being mortal creatures with limited time and energy, it is totally natural that human outrage is selective. If you tried to do work on every injustice and horror on this earth, you would collapse into an exhausted ball of trauma it is absolutely fine for you to select a cause that is yours

We already get treated as lesser by default, they get treated briefly like us for not participating in doing that. These are not the same, and its tiring to be told how hard it is to occasionally get a frankly more minor version of the treatment that we get.

They also blame women for it. Its not our fault they've put themselves in the painbox of misery stoicism, they can just not. They can choose not to participate & try to change it, or keep validating the structure so they dont get conditionally treated like a queer person or a woman. Thats not on us.
