Sometimes I think of how much genius, talent, & possibility we've been robbed of in this world bc wealthy white men refuse to not be absolute ghouls to everyone. The women who lost opportunities bc they wouldn't trade their bodies for them. The of color & queer folks stifled just because. It sucks.

I’d add that The Invite had so much to say, too! About success/failure (in both relationships and life). And script, acting and direction-wise it’s a consummate lesson in not pushing things so much that they become inauthentic or too crazy. It treads a beautiful line.

Labour must not take the wrong lesson from its recovery. Burnham's bounce is coming from progressive voters who currently see their values and priorities reflected in the new administration. But the previous government showed how quickly that support can disappear if they no longer do.
