My gut tell me 15% is close to the bare minimum needed to feel a twinge of optimism. Polls have been broken for some time now.

So I can’t find any news source quoting the WSJ about this poll. It looks like this poll could be from May. If so, no recent poll has shown these results. So this poll is likely an outlier.
