We pushed an update - could you try again? If not could you rename the folder (just add a character or whatever) and see if it works? It's in user/appdata/locallow/Nuchallenger

still getting the error, but i don't see an update yet. I can try disabling cloud save because renaming the folder I see the same contents being generated

I want to like this game, but the difficulty curve is way off. It shouldn't take dozens of runs to beat the third level and most of the characters are useless. It needs a balance pass to be someone special.

We get feedback the game is too hard, & a lot that it's too easy. Balance is tricky, I've personally finished runs with every character. It's important to pick passives that support your character. Make sure to remember to use your special skill + prioritize getting max/combo weapons. Also dash!

I was playing this on Xbox cloud on my legion go yesterday, and had great fun. It's hard, but I expect to get better at it 😆 by the way, despite the setting and survivors-like gameplay, it also reminded me a bit of Noita.
