Despite huge disparities in funding across public schools, they've played a key role in achieving the American Dream by providing everyone at least a basic education. It's bad enough when ppl indoctrinate their kids under the guise of education, but when they do it using taxpayer funds, despicable!

Religious schools are exempt from paying federal taxes. So they consume our tax dollars that should go to our PUBLIC schools only, and don't have to pay federal taxes on any of it. Wow! That's truly getting your cake and eating it too. Religious schools should be funded by their religion.
