“Don’t let the technicalities distract you from the vibes” is my favorite type of response here. A lot of the population lives near data centers. No one notices them except in a few cases where they do something exceptionally shitty like xAI.

A lot of the political spectrum now thinks “it’s ok for me to get the facts wrong or make things up because I’m morally superior”. In fairness, it’s probably been true for most of human history, the internet has just made it a lot more visible (and equally, a lot easier to fact check).

I think it’s more that there’s a type of blue maga kind of user that doesn’t care (like regular maga) and they produce pictures like this on social media for some peculiar reason

I have seen some people post photos of the road frontage of that one. Quite stealthy looking from the front. Very long though.

There’s also a number of huge data centers all over Manhattan. And to your point: yes, “doesn’t matter if it’s true if it feels right” is an actual quote from an activist.
