IMO, self-labels on your profile should do that. (they don't, and only you can see your own arbitrary ones while logged in) I'm sure it would cause issues I can't think of right now though.

Do any sites have localised deactivation right now? This seems like a weird thing to miss, or someone intentionally decided deactivation should work that way long ago.
