So, if there ever was a slam dunk of a class action lawsuit, this is it. Sure, there seemed to be a LOT of people out there, chasing these cherry treats over the last month, but there's no excuse. The cherry lobby made a promise it couldn't keep. 5/

Both the City and the County need to hold hearings and demand accountability. And the cherry lobby needs to make things right to settle the class claims: Something like free frozen treats for the month of August for class members. Plus attorney fees, obvs. 6/6
