John Roberts created a new system of ruling by fiat - exactly the same as our Founders and revolutionaries rebelled against. I don't know why Democrats aren't screaming this from the rooftops: "We don't rule by fiat in the US, we demand adherence to precedent and full opinions!"

I would like to know why Trump and republicans talk about millions immigrants voting but where is evidence? He claimed voter fraud. How many voter fraud cases were prosecuted during his first term? How many now during this term? At his rallies he would prove it. Did not happen. He is a liar .

Nothing wrong with mail in voting- provided you have clean voter rolls; a process to ensure only the voter marks the ballot, free of unduly influence; an auditable chain of custody; a clear and transparent process from mailing the ballot to receipt; solid signature verification system.

The GOP (with Heritage Foundation at the controls) is flooding-the-zone with midterm cheats (aka, quiet coup d'état). Mail-in ballots is one of many cheats. Americans will need to send in their ballots at least 1 week before Election Day (ie, Oct 27) because they will delay postmarks and delivery.

So where are all the professional organizations, the judges, the attorneys, the elected officials, who could band together and speak out? Resounding silence.....
