“No excuse needed” means you have to ask for a mail-in ballot rather than having the ballot automatically mailed to you. “Excuse needed” means you also have to check a box why you are requesting the ballot, and possibly provide some kind of proof that might get glossed over.

The issue is that every parent is convinced that their kid needs to play travel sports. Nowadays in-house leagues are too recreational and many don’t develop skills like they used to — it’s difficult because the parents who can coach, and the kids they can watch and learn from, are in travel.

The reason they are out was that they used GD-roms, but almost all of the games could be burned on CD. I was in college while Dreamcast was popular. A lot of people owned the system but we all burned the games. They lost love from 3p developers because nobody bought games.

I don’t know about outside the top 30, but outside the top 10 for sure. I would put Ben over Eli. Having Ben as a QB instantly makes you a perennial playoff team.
