There is legal precedent for impeaching Supreme Court judges for bribery. And, there is nothing in the Constitution stating how many judges there should be. If the Dems control the WH and Senate, they can do this.

I want high speed rail so bad! Imagine a train trip across the country in hours instead of days. My family took a train trip last year and west coast to Chicago was 2 days! 48 hours and no showers. But 6-8 hours I could do. Quicker and more comfortable than a flight

When the next D president is in office, with a D congress, they should put all the money into the DoD budget. Then spend it on infrastructure and other items. Technically, it’s appropriate as it is national security: high speed rail is essential in case airports are attacked, for example.
