That’s NOT “the exact opposite kind of president.” That’s exactly the same kind of president, just with different, albeit laudable, priorities. The Constitution is here to guide both sides.
This is not to say that there isn’t a huge undo list that the next President will have to implement with the constitutional cooperation of Congress and the courts.
Take the unlimited power granted to Trump and use it to undue everything he has done and arrest the Epstein class and seize their wealth as criminal assets and tax evasion.
Refuse court orders to stop.
If people want it to stop, then force them to pass Biden’s No Kings Act.
Better yet, amend…
…the Constitution to make the DOJ and other departments independent with elected leadership.
Break up the executive branch. No more political appointments.
Each Secretary will have to run on issues relevant to their office and the credentials they have.
Keep in mind it was two elections that saddled us with Trump.
Unfortunately, with no disrespect intended (or at least not too much), I doubt the electorate would have attention span to deal with so many candidates for so many positions and result in quality management of the cabinet functions.
In many states, the AG & comptroller are elected, & this limits the power of the governor and legislature.
People learn.
Right now many don’t understand that the president is not a dictator, so they vote as if he is.
But then they vote based on divisive cultural issues instead of relevant ones.
