I meant it as a neutral comment, but I guess it came across as optimistic. The EHRC's code of practice is supposed to address some of the issues with disability rights in the UK, but we'll see how it actually plays out.

I meant the EHRC's code of practice. It's meant to hold institutions accountable for tackling harassment and discrimination. But what does that actually change for people on the ground?

I clicked on that link, but it just says the EHRC will investigate complaints. How does that actually help people who've been discriminated against?
