The fact that for years, I haven’t been able to finish a piece without abandoning it. Though, once I got into this fandom, I’ve got 300+ finished drawings with absolutely many more to come 😩💖

A friend introduced me to Helluva Boss first and I been watching casually until I heard about Hazbin, watched and later stumbled upon @nekophy.bsky.social RA Hades x Persephone AU and I went down a rabbit hole from there, Ty Neko, you started my first long hyperfixation and I couldn’t be happier!

I saw a hate video that went on & on about how bad Hazbin was. This peaked my interest, if you tell me something is bad I want to watch it. Watched the pilot & the first season in 2 days. Not only did I latched on to it, I was side eyeing the hate videos YouTube pushed to me. The rest is history.

This right here. Vaggi showed compassion/empathy to a literal child and Lute immediately maims her for it. That utter betrayal for doing the right thing...when I'd recently been in the same position. Plus I'm blind in my left eye too. I identified with her immediately.

I'll never forget the first time I saw the You will Be Ok sequence all the way back in 2020. That was the moment where I was like "Ok, this is gonna be way more than just a funny demon show"

I was with it since the pilot but to stick with Helluva Boss I was gonna quit it till I heard Stolas sing in episode 2

I felt a disturbance in the force at this moment. BUT! I watched the pilot and season one back to back. I knew immediately he would consume me, so I resisted him. I did not interact with fandom or content. I resisted him for one year and one month. Then...I finally caved. I knew I needed him.

That would be the day I finished binge-watching season one in two days after promising myself that I wasn't going to binge-watch it.

Alastor's voice! It was very unique to me. Most of all, I just wanted to see if Charlie could redeem a Sinner. Wasn't expecting success so soon... but the real question now is... Will Angel Dust be redeemed?

This Specific Line, just because of the phrasing and how Brandon delivered it. The Instagram accounts having the ‘Blitz got kidnapped’ arc right around when I joined was also really fun though, plus Truth Seekers just in general and Loo Loo Land saying they’re doing emotional stuff too.

I watched Hazbin S1 first, so S1E4 got me hooked, but Truth Seekers made Helluva surpass Hazbin in my book.

I’d seen the pilot before but that didn’t really take me in yet. It was only when season 1 came out that I took a look. I fell HARD. I just loved the earnestness, the premise, and the storytelling! I wanted to see the whole season! I was so hooked! And then Dad Beat Dad came out and I was done for 💀

Step 1-Seeing art without knowing the source, thinking they were just popular OCs 2-Seeing the “do you need to throw up” moment in a Reel and realizing there was an actual show 3-Seeing the Hazbin page pop up on Prime the day before the premiere. Watching the first two episodes the next morning.

This frame

Mine was the Queen Bee episode. I already liked the episodes leading up to it, but Queen Bee hooked me by my heart and soul the moment I saw her. Seeing her as Hell version of the Wolf Queen from Viv’s “Die Young” music video felt like seeing an old friend after a long absence.

They had me from the beginning with “musical” and “dealing with religious trauma” but I think episode 4 made me lock the fuck in with showing that there was going to be serious emotional stuff in it too

I was there when all we had was the trailer for the pilot… my attention was just sat at the idea of a story about the princess of hell making a hotel to redeem sinners into heaven… I was so curious where it would go. Then I proceeded to watch the pilot hundreds of times after it released

The Vees in general in s2 but probably Vox’s “I don’t care what happens” was just soooo good. And Val’s drawing tutorial. And also probably Sera’s Confession

I can't really pinpoint a moment since I've been hyped from the get-go. Saw Viv's "Timber" animation 12 years ago and after that her other animations and the art she put on Deviantart. So when hearing she was making a Hazbin pilot I was already excited that we'd possibly get an entire show.

Honestly? Harvest Moon Festival was when I was 100% invested.
