This!!! Gods very much this!!! My mother before she passed was originally was overweight but could do so much. She lost so much weight so fast it crippled her :(. Her health just declined so fast from it -_-

Exactly. Weight loss and health are exclusionary. People need to be taught that, not just blindly listen to the pharmaceutical industry.

I feel as ancient as Zestiel at times, but making up my own healthy lifestyle changes…. Those feel so much more natural than trying to copy some teen fitness influencer. ^^

I’ve just gotten so tired of garbage fast food. Home cooked tofu and Mediterranean style meals just taste sooo much better. Exercise with VR has been helping too. Making that healthy lifestyle ‘doable’ was hard.

So my sister is a Pharmacist with a hospital and GLP-1s are over 90% of their throughput. She complains about this all the time. The hassle to process them is apparently insane and those drugs make up the majority of their complaints. People being lazy and not wanting to diet ^^

So favorite food I could eat forever? Lately I’ve gotten into soy/tofu stuff. I mean, it’s cheating in a wide overarching way with all the variations, but there’s some good stuff there. Like the shot below. It’s delicious with the right sides and seasonings.
