I’m gonna take a wild stab here. FISA 702 was written to allow the FBI to tap into private communications between foreigners and US citizens. So our Bondi/Blanche DOJ has done a secret re-interpretation? THIS DOJ? Trump’s DOJ?? “Foreigners” now include undocumented immigrants. ICE is wiretapping.

Bush did it w "trigger word" alerts 2003-on. Obama ended it. In his admin, only if a phone number "lit up" being contacted by a known terrorist, a warrant had to be obtained to investigate. US citizens were immune. We're now back to warrantless trigger word searches of everyone.
