No Kings has proven they can put 10 million people in the streets. A hostile takeover of Congress would put that and more out there every single day, day after day. General strike. No one anywhere has forces to subdue that. They might try something goofy like this, but it would last hours at most.

That’s the trouble with outlets like the NYT minimizing No Kings the way it does. When it happens and people take to the streets and shut down the country they will be awful surprised.
