The United States Congress and the United States Executive Department cabinet have the ability to remove an insane president. They just don't want to. The United States people do not have a legal avenue to doing so outside of protest, and we've been doing that.

Not so much United States as trump sycophants and cult members, not even a majority. More like 30% backed by the 1% that is the wealthiest of Americans, that explains their control over the other 70% of Americans.
