Argument being heard that it is better for one High Court ruling than hundreds of criminal cases, not all with access to proper representation. There are thousands of people right now whose Article 10 Right to Freedom of Expression are being violated.

We are calling for a judicial review, not parliamentary procedure, because it would impact on people who plead guilty, who cannot afford representation, and lose employment or university places. All of which would be impacted waiting for parliamentary process to take place.
