What it would not do is cut the welfare bill. Someone needs to train and supervise new carers, especially if they’ve just been sent from school and don’t really want to do it.

Fucking hell, not this bollocks again! It was supposed to be the next big thing back at the start of academies. The plans for the school i was at were wonderful and would have benefitted everyone. That was scrapped when requirements changed and schools could just effectively be privatised.
