I host my own mail and have a XMPP server, same with the company I work for. I have no way of implementing these risk mitigation measures. However, the big companies (google, ms, etc) will have no problem implementing these. But the small ones not so much. The EU is destroying European companies.

Can somebody create an informative graphic? I don't understand who the Law Enforcement Working Party is and how they are connected to the Parliament, Council and Commission. What kind of "trick" did they use? Why are they allowed to decide anything anonymously?
