Extremely chaotic day. Made some boxed mac and cheese and added some veggie chorizo, roasted tomatoes, and queso fresco. Salty, but good and comforting.

The last I checked, it was my boomer parents who chose "millennial grey" for the house, not me. I do like grey, but as many friends can attest, I love color and annoying patterns.

Still no call from the surgery center about getting my biopsy. My GP says they need to move quickly, but looks like they didn't get the message about speed. I'll just sit here, wondering if I have cancer until they finally do the test. It's cool, not catastrophozing or anything.

A lot of my fear has died down some, so hoping to actually sleep tonight. Still no call from the surgery center, but reminding myself it would be incredibly rare for anything to be wrong, and it not just be my weird ass immune system. Still just want to get it over with.

Got a few hours of sleep before leaving for work. Stopped by to get coffee and a sandwich, and it was free! I'll take small victories.

So scared I can't sleep. I wish the surgery center would call me to make my appointment for the biopsy. Just looking at my chest gives me anxiety now. I just stand there and see if anything looks even slightly different. Just waiting in terrifying limbo.
