Lets define what CEO pay is .. mostly made up of stock shares, 75% or more, & not subject to income tax. Stock hoarded & never spent, but used as collateral for low interest loans they live off. If stock cannot be taxed, maybe a law to limit how much stock or ratio there of can be in CEO salary?

CEO pay is up 1,094% since 1978, while typical worker pay is up just 26%. Why do we always hear "we can't afford to pay our workers more" but never "we can't afford to pay our CEO more"?
