Played my first match of the new Warhammer 40k league tonight against an opponent playing Admech, whose army is all pastel Hello Kitty coloured and glitter bases. Respect. I feel bad for absolutely steamrollering him 100-39. Spent all game barely killing the Nightbringer, couldn't handle the rest.

I think they intentionally left him out of the Orikan refresh to generate hype for his own return. Gives something easy to put out if you're not certain how much a future Necrons codex is gonna offer. I don't think they would have left him in the 10th codex as ugly and bad as he was otherwise

he's absolutely getting a new model this edition. he's too popular of a character not to.
