“Penis inspection day” used to be such an outlandish concept that it was a classic 4chan troll post staple. Kind of a “Simpsons predicted it” situation where things have just gotten so stupid and bad that satire becomes reality.

Since genetic and testosterone tests are pricey and tedious, that just leaves visual genital inspections. For 3rd graders playing kickball, really???
