Bottom section of the screen has a static shoreline with a semi-transparent wave edge moving up and down across it with a sine wave effect on it. Top part is a couple of semi-transparent pictures of ocean with a light sine wave atop a horizontally scrolling background underneath

Pictures shown with the Show Picture command in RMK23 (and RM2K I believe, though I haven't used that in ages) can have rotation or sine wave properties applied to them, and you can generate quite a few neat effects with that and clever formatting of graphics.

RTP resources have a wee bit of stigma attached to them because while it's possible to make a perfectly good game with them, they tend to be associated with low effort "my first RPG Maker game" projects. I made a lot of really bad half-finished games with them as a kid too. ^^

It's not! It stands for runtime package in an RPG Maker context, and is used to refer to the default packages of resources (graphics, music, etc...) that come bundled with each version of the software.

Yeah, while I always quite liked Holland as a casting choice for Peter Parker and thought the first three all had good moments, I never really vibed with the direction they took the character in in the MCU. So the reset is somewhat appealing.
