I would like a government that see's it's obligation to its people as a top priority. That would mean a government that saw its obligation to provide healthcare and a living wage to it's people. If that is socialism then sign me up.

I'm in the process of planning an event on the first Tuesday after labor day. We will be on several corners in our small red town with Anti-Trump signs or pro-democrat signs. So families picking up their kids from school see us and have a visible reminder of the need for action.

Interesting how Dem's don't get credit for dealing with crime. Crime went way down under Clinton. Due to the improved economy. When people do well in their jobs they are less likely to commit crimes. Not true of all people but I think the majority would prefer to live within the laws if they can.

I agree with you about DJT, however I would like to point out he is not doing his damage alone. Other rich and powerful people from many countries are enabling him. The wealthy and powerful have gone unchecked for to long they have to be rained in.

The MAGA propaganda machine is always turning. I talk to MAGA people at the farmers market and ask them about crimes of Trump and they say "what crimes?" They don't hear the same news the rest of us do.

The point of my post was to encourage people to not hate in general. That is what MAGA feeds on and if we go there we already have lost. It's OK to dislike stuff just blind hate against people is not helpful.

Sadly its not just men, but women too. Also not just white people but people of other races also. We have to fight the ignorance MAGA spews without becoming like them. I'm a white male, veteran and Christian nothing they preach do I support.
