This call trains you on the components of a rapid response: the coordinated set of actions your community takes in real time when ICE is active, and what it looks like to show up with a plan. On this one-hour national training call, you will: - Learn the structural components of a strong rapid response plan, what it includes, how it's organized, and communication tools that make it effective. - Explore the specific roles people can play within that plan, from documentation and filming, to school patrol, small business outreach, and mutual aid coordination. - Hear directly from local groups that have responded to a surge, sharing the tactics they deployed, the roles their members filled, and the learnings other communities can apply. You'll leave with the knowledge and framework to develop a plan adapted to your own community context so that when a rapid response is necessary you can show up with a plan.
