So, is this the best of the Holland movies? Maybe. It’s definitely superior to both Far From Home and No Way Home.

Imagining his crossing of the Delaware but framed just like the painting. They’re in a blizzard and Washington throws his sword right through a redcoat when they touch shore, storming it like in Saving Private Ryan. This movie could unite the country.

I hate to hand it to him but Zack Snyder wanted to do something like this with his own historical retelling of George Washington’s life. American Revolution meets 300, and honestly? We should just let him do it. Why not?

…even then, those jokes have become outdated. The “What’s up?” meme is almost 20 years old! The built-in audience for this franchise is low. A He-Man movie needs to treat it like introducing a new concept. I think it could work, but the current movie relies too much on familiarity.

The Inhumans work best as supporting characters in The Fantastic Four.

Somebody should take another crack at the action game attack with the left joy stick concept that Too Human and Death by Degrees tried out.

I know it’s hit or miss, but when that Justice League cartoon premiered on Cartoon Network that was like the kid equivalent of prestige TV.

A southern fable wrapped in the trappings of revenge thriller, but not the kind I was expecting. Highly stylish and thought provoking in ways unexpected ways. A certain recommendation.
