Wrote about xAI's suit against MN here: www.cnbc.com/2026/07/28/s... Judge noted, "xAI filed the motion on July 29... nearly 3 months after the law was signed, and only 3 days before the law is set to take effect. Such a delay...suggests that harm is not immediate." (i.e. harm to tech cos.)
