Oops I drained my emotional battery entirely being there for others and now I have nothing left for me. Gonna crawl in a hole and watch cartoons till I feel like a person again. Maybe I won’t get any writing done after all.

I feel so excited and valued any time I see someone in a mask while watching streams and videos of public spaces or big events. YOU could be the cause of such feelings of joy, safety, and inclusion. YOU could be the reason I feel like I matter in society. Please, wear a mask if at all able to.

Wear a damn respirator mask when you’re in any place you believe that disabled people should be allowed to exist. If that answer isn’t “everywhere” for you, unfollow me now and then go swallow some rocks.

We will be ready to have a real discussion about Covid when those who joyfully went along with leaving us “by the wayside” admit to their complicity in this eugenicist policy. Nondisabled folks need to face & acknowledge their own part in fostering eugenics & the harm they’ve done the last 6 years.
