I ethically disagree with private health industry and for that I get punished every tax time with around $2000 worth of levies. I'm a taxpayer ... The taxes I already pay should cover healthcare. The whole system is f*cked.

She took part in a teeny tiny exhibition of Maori weaving. She was one of maybe 20 artists. All the weavers were newly exploring the Maori language. It was beautiful.

I attended a friend's exhibition opening in Wellington a month ago and the waiatas (planned and impromptu) had me welling up - they were beautiful
