Game #14 "Completed" in 2026: Mario Tennis Fever Enjoyable if basic. The Campaign Mode is a slog, but the actual tennis gameplay is pretty fun especially with friends. Dynamic gameplay with the fever rackets but some are incredibly busted. CPU is either braindead or dominant. 7.5/10

I think the phrasing of that hypothetical is strange. Most lawyers will tell you to settle unless the case against you is incredibly weak, and even then they'd tell you to settle or go to an arbiter just to avoid going to court in general. That doesn't sound 50/50 to me.
