it's VERY customizable, and you can set things to be always-visible and floating in space relative to you as well. it's pretty intuitive to pick up, and it even tracks the battery charge of your gear on a wristwatch-style display.

OVR Toolkit on Steam can auto-launch when you start steamvr, and it allows you to set windows on your wrist! I use it in tandem with Chatterino and I pop out OBS's audio mixer so i can adjust levels easily :3
