There's about 5 of you that I really should stop following, but I can't bring myself to. Which is odd because I do it constantly anyway. Just the handful I'm talking about for some reason is harder for me to ghost. It's your vibes. They're very conficting & contradictive. This is all fake anyway.

Half brain chemicals just saying no. Convincing myself I deserve it. It's a penance. It's all I deserve. That the world will somehow magically be better without me. I'm more trouble than worth. But then we chat & it's not as bad bc we can relate. We're walking the same path. On the same journey.

Idk what it is but this month has been exceptionally taxing & I feel a daily increase of bad sad worse this month. But I'm not surprised bc I'm pretty sure I can chalk this up to something I/'m did/doing. But I'm self-destructive. So keep posting so I can commiserate even though I wish better 4 you
