emptywheelCBS reports that Ashley Moody did precisely what the entire GOP has accused Tim Walz of doing -- and yet, somehow, that crack fraud task force has not arrested the GOP nominee for Senate. www.cbsnews.com/miami/news/f...
I don't want to get between you & the crackpot interlocutor, but for me the recent translations of Peter Green and the Iliad of Caroline Alexander are more impressive than Wilson's. There are always problems that arise w/ modernising translations of pre-modern lit, and esp of these archaizing poems.
Well timed to explode this fall, before the election, as retirees start shopping for next year's plans. What would Trump be doing differently if he were actively trying to destroy the GOP?

"Republicans are now fueling attacks against Oyer as they try to make Blanche the nation’s top law enforcement official." This is both atrocious and more of the same Republican fascist tactics.
