We are going to be one of these datapoints. We installed solar about 2 years ago, and we are expanding our array this month in order to prepare for a full EV as our next car. A complete Cobra Effect of an administration.

Sarah Taber

Absolutely unbelievable how solar power has taken off worldwide during the Hormuz oil crisis. You don't have to hand it to him, but Trump may have done more to finally kick off a global civilization of effete librul solar users than anyone else in the West

Control over open-source AI is fracturing Silicon Valley. The administration weighed blacklisting Chinese models like Kimi, but retreated after intense pushback. Proprietary labs cite security risks, while hardware vendors argue open weights drive innovation.

Today's the day! It is the first day of my new class, Intro to AI for Clinical Students. It is the first product based off my AI-PACE framework paper we published this summer, and I can't wait to see how it lands with students! #MedSky #MedAI

I think we will see more of this to come: creators who touch the third rail with their audience on AI use and get burned as a result. As the cost subsidization of AI models continues to scale back, I believe more people might be at risk of this than they expect.

I understand ghosting as a concept, and can see how it may be necessary to escape toxic or abusive relationships; but I was gobsmacked by the 84% stat of millennials and Gen Z who experienced ghosting themselves. WAY more rampant than I expected.

🧪 The Senate's stopgap funding bill temporarily blocks the White House plan to put political appointees in charge of federal grants. It will push this past the midterms for now. This is a big victory! #AcademicSky
