i am very tired of people who live in fanfictionland. the type of people who only refer to books or stories by some wild and far-flung interpretation justified by fourth-degree separation from the actual words on the page. tl;dr: bro he would not say that #medialiteracy

If I had a nickel for every story I've seen about a blue bird designed to improve communication between people that was misused and corrupted by a supposed genius obsessed with space (who would later become a misanthropic clown) and become a megaphone for people who wanted to ruin everything...

the worst part of helping someone through a mental health episode is the part where the best thing you can do is leave them alone. I wish there were some magic arrangement of words and sentiments I could offer to make people at least find an island in their emotional typhoon.

I take pictures of my town's sky a lot. For all suburbia is still soul-crushing, it retains some natural beauty.
