Talking of care, recommend the Dovecot's Cosprop exhibition. Even if you're not a fashion or costume drama fan it's heartening to see the exquisite crafts dedicated to making fictional worlds as real as possible. Plus I was *this* close to Colin Firth's Mr Darcy costume and have a new film wishlist
