Oh, he was a cute little guy! Monty is 3/4 miniature poodle/1/4 chihuahua. We call him a ChiPoo, but technically he’d have to be half and half. I’ve never managed to test his blood at home. It took a year to get him to be nice about shots. He isn’t blind yet. I’ve heard some go blind overnight!

Thanks, but he is on vetsulin because porcine insulin is nearly identical to dog insulin. His symptoms are under control, so we don’t really want to mess with things right now. But we know the day may come when he needs to try something else. It’s so hard, isn’t it? I hate poking him :(

My dog is diabetic. I spend $200/mo on insulin, $300 every few months for a blood curve (or vet won’t prescribe more insulin), $80/mo on prescribed food, and more for frequent tests and visits. I can manage it, but the vet said many people end up putting their diabetic pet to sleep.

While I agree we need to ban them from trading stocks, lots of people bought SpaceX stock and sold it immediately. Maybe they sold it before any business came up. If they didn’t, they’re probably regretting not doing so given how much it’s dropped.
