Yeah, it was mine as well... sorta. I watched my parents play FF1 on the NES as a young kid, but it was the PS1 and FF7 that blew my mind. XD

yeah, people are too quick to judge with how things have been the last ten+ years. I still remember a time when I had to choose a game based on box art and what the back of the box said. I let the final product determine my feelings and so far Yoshida hasn't disappointed me.

people are being weird about it. next FF7 comes out next year so it makes sense they'd do a cross over. I'm rather interested in seeing what they do rather then pre judge it. People need to let them cook. Also... Yoshida, I give my life for Tifa hair on my Hrothgar.

It be that way when you hit the wall of end game crafting in FFXIV. Just take a breath and go with what feels like you can accomplish as it'll be the stepping stone to the next goal.

Oh, yeah... I admit I've learned a lot of stuff this expac. I spent a small fortune buying some of the crafted crafting gear and only started to make my money back via levequests. Was down 20m, back up almost 30m. You need food and HQ mats to make the crafting sets

That's not as "hard" but requires custom deliveries to buy materia for melding via scripts. Also the drone bits thing in cosmic exploration can lead to a lot of random materia from the loot boxes. Society craft/gathering you can turn in tokens for materia too

Don't forget buff food. Also if you want to focus on one at a time for say cosmic exploration, swapping out specialization gives you a slight buff as well to stats.

If you end up liking it the recent manga GiTS The Human Algorithm continues off from 1.5 and 2.0's story and seems to hint at a final conclusion resolving the events of all three manga series.

That's fair. SAC is more a "spin off" and the original OVA was just a slice of the first manga. The silliness transposed with political and tech jargon is sort of common for his works. It's pure 80's cyberpunk guessing the future. the various anime are more alt versions of the original and what if's

macro's help too for speeding up the process of crafting and letting your brain chill for the more tedious grinding to upgrade tools. food and medicine are still needed for EX and above. I'm not the best crafter, but I've already got most of what I need and 3 1/2 tools done www.raphael-xiv.com

Sorta? pounding out red alert crafts is about the fastest way, but only as you get the tools upgraded which give out more bonuses on the credits as long as they are equipped.

I mean, The customer is always right, in matters of taste.
