This shouldn't be a question. Without interdisciplinary research we wouldn't have made many major breakthroughs in science. Limiting yourself to one discipline cripples progress. I regularly review CS-origin manuscripts with stats work a bachelor psych would reject.

This is very interesting considering how there are implicit standards in security interface design that are never addressed in new tech. We have decades of training users to look for a login field having two inputs to type into. A switch to passkeys completely violates that norm. It's a problem.
