I love Walden! I thought about escaping there this weekend because of the heat. It hit 101° in FOCO today. I really should have gone, it was only 85° in Walden.

Sounds great! And I'm envisioning Christmas lights on palm trees too!

I can imagine! We went to Florida a few years ago in January and it was still too hot for me. 😂

I wish were up higher right now! We were in Poudre Canyon. This trail is only about 25 minutes from our house in Fort Collins so we hike there a lot.

This morning we got up at 5:30 a.m. to go hiking before it got hot. Even at 6,500 feet it was 68° F by the time we reached the trailhead at 6:30. Way too hot for this Colorado gal. But deep in the canyon we were sheltered from the blazing sun. And we were back home eating breakfast by 9:30.

Mental illness is so sad.

Now they’re all going to have a large hole in their left side when they explode.
