I always think about big companies in retail etc, paying many so little money that they need UC top up to barely manage costing the government while said companies enjoy huge profits and bonuses and pay proportionally little tax ,while those in need of benefits get blamed and vilified

I don't know how bad it has to get until government fully backs renewables, takes control of water, makes data centers offset their massive environmental impact and retro fit schools & hospitals with adequate cooling systems, all new builds eco friendly ,plant trees in our cities and towns etc
