But, you see, it's because they're playing to packed houses that they don't need to improve the returns...

They spend. They're not cheap. But, as much as it's a business, they're far too "business" frequently, if that makes sense. Like they'll spend less for a lesser result if the ROI is better, which makes business sense, but I hate it

That's why I'll never be a "it's just a business, trade the Xs for Os if it makes more financial sense" person, because it's the feeling of watching a team you love with people you love that's so magical. I know it's a business. It hurts when the business takes over because the feelings are so great
