www.kare11.comOK so: There used to be 2 test sittings, Sea/Tac area & Spokane. Too few test-takers in Spokane made it nonviable financially, so WSBA cancelled it. But doing only Tacoma or Bellevue (cheaper than Seattle) = much wailing & gnashing of teeth from the 509, who always have a big chip on their shoulder.
