This other case is one reason why I think xAI would have sued MN over its deepfake nudes law anyway *even if* that law had done all the things xAI says would've made it constitutional. xAI's gonna sue over *any* AI regulation! But also, some laws really are more shoddily drafted 1A-wise than others.
